A quick and easy procedure to get the permanent residence permit in Greece updated 25/05/2017

Required Documents for the main applicants

  1. Certified copy of the purchase contract (250,000 Euros the minimum value of the contract)

  2. Certified copy of the land registry certificate

  3. Copy of the whole passport

  4. Copy of the visa, by which the main applicant entered into Greece

  5. Power of Attorney, by which the main applicant authorizes the lawyer to submit the application

  6. Official immigration fees of 500 Euros

  7. Official immigration fees of 16 Euros for the issuance of the card

  8. Health insurance with coverage in Greece

  9. 4 photos of 40×60 and a cd of the photos

Required documents for the dependent applicants

  1. Copy of the whole passport

  2. Copy of the visa, by which the dependent applicant entered into Greece

  3. Power of Attorney, by which the dependent applicant authorizes the lawyer to submit the application

  4. Marriage certificate with apostile (for spouses)

  5. Birth certificate or Family relationship certificate with apostile (for children and parents of the main applicant and/or spouses)

  6. Official immigration fees of 500 Euros for adults (children under 18 years old do not pay)

  7. Official immigration fees of 16 Euros for the issuance of the card

  8. Health insurance with coverage in Greece

  9. 4 photos of 40×60 and a cd of the photos

Procedure

-The applicants arrive in Greece for the signing of the Power of Attorney

-The lawyer submit the applications in the competent immigration office

-On the same date the lawyer receives the blue papers of the applicants

-The applicants give their biometrics within 6 months from the submission of the applications

-Two weeks after the biometrics, the permanent residence cards are issued
