What is a sales contact?

The buyer always selects the notary and pays for this service. According to the law, the notary represents the state but in practice, the notary is closer to the buyer.

What is your advice about buying a property from the islands?

Unless you plan to live in these islands, we do not see buying a property in the islands as a good investment.
