What to check if you find a real estate agent in Greece\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Estate agents in Greece are regulated by law and must be professionally qualified and licensed. If possible, you should choose an agent who\u2019s a member of a professional association such as the\u00a0Hellenic Association of Realtors<\/em>\u00a0(Tel. 2108-232 931,\u00a0www.sek.gr), whose members must follow a code of ethics, or the\u00a0Federation of Greek Real Estate Agents\u00a0<\/em>(Tel. 2104-933 001,\u00a0www.e-mesites.gr). You may be afforded extra protection if an agent is a member of an international organisation, such as the\u00a0European Confederation of Estate Agents (CEI).<\/em><\/p>\n
