Bu kanun yoluyla ilk oturum izni alan \u00fclke vatanda\u015flar\u0131\u00a0\u00c7inliler s\u0131ras\u0131yla Ruslar, M\u0131s\u0131rl\u0131lar oldu .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;font-size: 12pt\">\u015eu anda emlak dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 s\u0131fat\u0131yla t\u00fcm m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize \u00f6nerimiz 250.000 euroluk ev almamalar\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Kanun \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7\u0131kmaz mal sahipleri talepteki artmay\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra 200.000 euroluk evlerinin fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 250.000 euro\u00a0olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirdiler ve bu da fiyatlar genel d\u00fczeyini yukar\u0131 \u00e7ekti.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;font-size: 12pt\">Alt limit 250.000 euro olunca pazarl\u0131k konusunda emlak\u00e7\u0131ya yani bize veya al\u0131c\u0131ya \u00e7ok fazla etkin pazarl\u0131k yolu t\u0131kand\u0131.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Emlak al\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla alan bir \u00e7ok m\u00fc\u015fterimiz evlerini kiraya verdi ve yakla\u015f\u0131k hi\u00e7 bir aile Yunanistan&#8217;a yerle\u015fmedi.\u00a0Tek ev al\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla kiraya verilen bir m\u00fclk\u00fcn maksimum getirisi 800 ile 1200 euro civar\u0131ndad\u0131r.\u00a0Al\u0131c\u0131 yani siz t\u00fcm b\u00fct\u00e7enizi <strong>tek kirac\u0131 riski<\/strong> alt\u0131na almak zorunda kalmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0\u00d6rnek olarak al\u0131nacak 30-35.000 euroluk be\u015f alt\u0131 tane ev al\u0131m\u0131 durumunda kirac\u0131 riski azalt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.\u00a0M\u00fc\u015fterilerimize bu konuyu anlatt\u0131\u011fm\u0131z zaman bu kadar kirac\u0131 ile nas\u0131l ilgilenecekleri konusunda tered\u00fct sorular\u0131 gelmektedir.L\u00fcbnan ofisimizden gelen L\u00fcbnanl\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin \u00e7o\u011fu bu yolu tercih etmektedir.
