Oturum izni kanunu zaman\u0131n ilerlemesi ile baz\u0131 yeni d\u00fczenlemelere maruz kalabiliyor. Avukat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bu kanunlar\u0131 iyi bir \u015fekilde takip edip etmedi\u011fine emin olmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n

Ger\u00e7i bilmedi\u011finiz bir konuda, sizin ad\u0131n\u0131za i\u015flem yapacak bir profesyonelin, i\u015fi ile ilgili yenilikleri takip edip etmedi\u011fini anlayabilmek, bu konular\u0131 sorgulayabilmek, maharet gerektiriyor.<\/p>\n

Ben genelde bilmedi\u011fim konular ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131nca. Konuya hakim iki ki\u015fiden fikir alma y\u00f6n\u00fcne gidiyorum. Her binada on tane daire vard\u0131r ama d\u00fckkan bir tanedir.<\/p>\n

Ev al\u0131n\u0131p kiraland\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman kirac\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra tekrar yap\u0131lan renovasyon kira gelirini azalt\u0131r .<\/p>\n

(bu konuda hakl\u0131lar ancak her \u00fcretim fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u015f\u0131nma pay\u0131 vard\u0131r, bu hayat\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131ndad\u0131r.)<\/p>\n

Yunanistan n\u00fcfus olarak T\u00fcrkiye ile k\u0131yaslanamaz, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye’deki gibi bir ticari hareketlilik yoktur.<\/p>\n

N\u00fcfus ya\u015fl\u0131 ve insanlar daha sade bir hayat anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na sahiptir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fik ve daha<\/p>\n

az harcama yaparlar.<\/p>\n
