Ancak bunu biraz ge\u00e7 yapt\u0131lar ve lokaller, emlak piyasas\u0131na 2019 un ortalar\u0131nda girmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. 2020 senesinin ba\u015f\u0131nda patlayan pandemi, devam niteli\u011finde olacak ba\u015fka yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n, belirsizlik y\u00fcz\u00fcnden durmas\u0131na ertelenmesine iptal olmas\u0131na sebep oldu ama yine de ,  2020 senesinde Yunanl\u0131lar al\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yunanl\u0131lar halk olarak gayrimenkul\u00fc \u00e7ok seven bir toplumdur. Yunanistan hi\u00e7 bir zaman kom\u00fcnizm ile y\u00f6netilmedi ancak \u00fclkedeki, m\u00fclk sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131 eski kom\u00fcnist \u00fclkelerinin oranlar\u0131 ile yar\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumda. Yunanistan&#8217;da m\u00fclk sahipli\u011fi oran\u0131 %74 t\u00fcr. Yunanistan&#8217;a gelen bir \u00e7ok m\u00fclteci i\u00e7in Yunanistan bir basamak, Yunanistan bir ge\u00e7i\u015f yeri. M\u00fclteci ve yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ana amac\u0131 sosyal devlet yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu, sosyal devlet yard\u0131mlar\u0131ndan faydalanabilecekleri \u00fclkelere gitmek. Bu kiralamalar resmi kira kontrat\u0131 ile yap\u0131lmakta, ve dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7mektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di\u011fer k\u0131sm\u0131, kontrats\u0131z ve gayr\u0131 resmi \u015fekilde kiralama yapmaktad\u0131r.
