Ofis alan\u0131 fiyatlar\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck arz seviyelerinin ortas\u0131nda \u00f6nceki alt\u0131 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemdeki %0,7\u2019lik art\u0131\u015fa k\u0131yasla, y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda Atina\u2019da %3,2 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yunanistan ekonomisinin 2022\u2019de % 5 oran\u0131nda geni\u015fleyecek olmas\u0131 konut fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n %3 ile 4 aras\u0131nda daha yava\u015f bir h\u0131zda artmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Rakam bu y\u0131l Ocak-Mart d\u00f6neminde 214 milyon Euro olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En \u00c7ok Talep Orta Avrupa \u00dclkelerinden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re en \u00e7ok talep Almanya (%45), \u0130svi\u00e7re (%15) ve Avusturya\u2019dan geliyor (%10). Bu \u00fclkeleri Rusya ve ABD izliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda artan konut talebinin arkas\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011funlukla yabanc\u0131 al\u0131c\u0131lar yer alsa da, Yunan hane halk\u0131 aras\u0131nda da sat\u0131n alma ilgisi artm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atina ve Kiklad Adalar\u0131 Reva\u00e7ta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yunanistan\u2019da yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ev aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 en \u00e7ok Kiklad Adalar\u0131, Atina (orta ve g\u00fcney il\u00e7eler) ve kuzeyde Halkidiki\u2019yi hedef al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiklad Adalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda en \u00e7ok ilgiyi ise Naxos, Paros, Mikonos, Santorini ve Syros \u00e7ekiyor. Bir sonraki en pop\u00fcler b\u00f6lge, Atina\u2019n\u0131n merkezi (Kolonaki-tarihi merkez-Pangrati) ve ba\u015fkentin sahil \u015feridinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcney banliy\u00f6leri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca Girit ve Korfu\u2019daki m\u00fclklere ve Mora Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Porto Heli gibi k\u0131y\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerine de yo\u011fun bir ilgi oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yunanistan Emlak Piyasas\u0131 Altyap\u0131 Projeleriyle Yeniden \u015eekilleniyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yunanistan Merkez Bankas\u0131 Atina\u2019da ve \u00fclkenin di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerinde s\u00fcrmekte olan bir dizi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli altyap\u0131 projesinin Yunanistan\u2019\u0131n emlak piyasas\u0131n\u0131 yeniden \u015fekillendirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Bu proje, Atina\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcksek hava kirlili\u011fi seviyeleriyle m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrecince \u00e7ok daha acil bir hale gelmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eski uluslararas\u0131 havaliman\u0131na yap\u0131lan 8 milyar Euro\u2019luk Elliniko yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da, yabanc\u0131 ev al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda pop\u00fcler olan Atina\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde uzanan Atina Rivieras\u0131\u2019na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir destek sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Girit\u2019e Yeni Havaliman\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emlak piyasas\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yak\u0131ndan izlenen Atina d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemli projeler aras\u0131nda Girit\u2019te (Kastelli) yeni bir uluslararas\u0131 havaalan\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131 ve Girit\u2019in kuzey k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 boyunca uzanan 2 milyar Euro\u2019luk bir otoyol projesi yer al\u0131yor.
