Maddesinde \u00c7oklu Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k \u015fu \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir :<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">\u201c<\/span><\/em><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Herhangi bir nedenle yabanc\u0131 bir devlet vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanan ki\u015filerin, bu durumlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin belgeleri ibraz etmeleri ve yap\u0131lacak inceleme sonucunda kayden ayn\u0131 ki\u015filer olduklar\u0131n\u0131n tespiti halinde, n\u00fcfus aile k\u00fct\u00fcklerindeki kay\u0131tlar\u0131na \u00e7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa sahip olduklar\u0131na dair a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131l\u0131r.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\u00c7oklu vatanda\u015fl\u0131k durumunda N\u00fcfus M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne bildirim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bu bildirim sonucunda ba\u015fka bir devletin vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanan ki\u015filerin n\u00fcfus aile k\u00fct\u00fcklerine sahip olduklar\u0131 \u00e7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0\u00c7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa sahip oldu\u011fu halde bu yolda bildirimde bulunmayan T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer devlet vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 n\u00fcfus olaylar\u0131, n\u00fcfus kay\u0131tlar\u0131na i\u015flenmemektedir. \u0130lgili mevzuata ve n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m bilgilere g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken\u00a0 i\u015flemler bilginize sunulmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Yunanistan vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6zel bir durum da bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<p><strong>1.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Herhangi bir nedenle bir veya birden fazla yabanc\u0131 devlet vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanan ki\u015filerden ergin olanlar\u0131n kendileri, ergin olmayanlar\u0131n ise veli ya da vasisi yurt i\u00e7inde yerle\u015fim yerinin bulundu\u011fu n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ise d\u0131\u015f temsilciliklere yaz\u0131l\u0131 bildirimde bulunur. D\u0131\u015f temsilciliklere \u00e7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa ili\u015fkin form dilek\u00e7e ile yap\u0131lan bildirim \u00fczerine; ki\u015fiye ait form dilek\u00e7e ile belgeler, ilgilinin kayd\u0131na \u00e7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa ili\u015fkin gerekli a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in do\u011frudan kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011fu yerin n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6nderilir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu bildirim y\u00f6netmelikte g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere ba\u015fvuru ile de\u011fil, vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanma tarihinden itibaren ve vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren belge ile yap\u0131labilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ba\u015fvuru S\u0131ras\u0131nda Gerekli Belgeler<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Wingdings;\">\u00d8<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u0130lgiliye ait form dilek\u00e7e<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Wingdings;\">\u00d8<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>N\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi ve n\u00fcfus kay\u0131t \u00f6rne\u011fi<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Wingdings;\">\u00d8<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Yabanc\u0131 kimlik belgesinin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcmesinin noter tasdikli \u00f6rne\u011fi<\/p>\n<p>Bildirim s\u0131ras\u0131nda, n\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131n\u0131n veya \u00f6rne\u011finin ve di\u011fer devlet vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hangi tarihte kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren ve ki\u015finin kimlik bilgilerini i\u00e7eren belgenin ibraz edilmesi zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Herhangi bir nedenle yabanc\u0131 bir devlet vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanan ve form dilek\u00e7e ile n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine ya da d\u0131\u015f temsilciliklere bildirimde bulunan T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131k i\u015flemleri n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerince y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<p><strong>3.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Bildirim \u00fczerine n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce, ilgili ki\u015filerin n\u00fcfus kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda yer alan ad\u0131, soyad\u0131, do\u011fum tarihi ve cinsiyet bilgileri ile sahip olduklar\u0131 di\u011fer devlet vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren belgelerde yer alan kimlik bilgileri kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<p><strong>4.<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Yap\u0131lan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda kimlik bilgilerinin uymas\u0131 halinde ilgili veri giri\u015f formu d\u00fczenlenir ve n\u00fcfus kayd\u0131na gerekli a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u00c7ok vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa ait bildirim formuna di\u011fer olaylar k\u00fct\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden numara verilir ve dayanak belgeleri ile birlikte muhafaza edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Yunanistan Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k konusunda bu son \u00e7\u0131kan Golden Vize Kanunu itibar\u0131yle yedi sene m\u00fclk sat\u0131n alan ki\u015fide kalmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 ile 7. senede Yunan Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fvuru hakk\u0131
