For how long is the Golden Visa valid in Greek Golden Visa Programme ? 

Once issued, the Golden Visa will be valid for an initial period of 5 years and then will be renewed for subsequent periods of 5 ( five ) years.

The residence permit will be valid if the property remains in the ownership of the applicant.
